Since the journey of Marco Polo, the mysteries of the “Middle Kingdom” has always intrigued and fascinated the West. Protected from external influences for several centuries, China remains a planet to be discovered. But with the door that opens the country to capitalism, the face of China is changing very fast and prices are rising as fast as the buildings grow in large cities. The remains of its history
From north to south, from east to west, the Chinese historic sites have a remarkable extent. Among them, Beijing, the capital, was once an imperial city where they have flourished over the different dynasties that have, in turn, dominated China. Marked by multiple impressions, the city retains an impressive number of remnants of its history.

Between tradition and modernity
Hong Kong and Shanghai, meeting between China and the West, are the witnesses of a culture shock that gives urban landscape contrasting faces. Getting together tradition and modernity, old neighborhoods and building huge Chinese. These two cities are prosperous economic symbols of rampant modernization of China.

In the north, between the landscape of steppes and sand dunes is the Gobi Desert, the home of Genghis Khan. In the south, the mountainous Yunnan province also offers many breathtaking views.

Chinese cuisine is a reflection of the variety of climates and peoples of the country. Depending on the region, food will take more touches acidic, salty, bitter or sweet, true harmony of flavors.
